Jeromi Store Private Limited (“Jeromi Store“, “we“, “us“, “our“) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect your personal information when you visit jeromistore.com/ or place an order with us. By using our website, you agree to this policy.

This policy is published in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

  • Payment instrument details (processed by RBI-authorised payment gateways; we do not store full card numbers or CVV).
  • GSTIN if you place a B2B order.

  • Device, browser type, IP address, approximate location, referring URL, pages visited, products viewed, time spent.

c. Information from third parties.

  • From payment gateways (Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree, etc.) — only transaction status.
  • From courier partners — delivery status & address verification.
  • From social-login providers if you log in via Google/Facebook — name & email only.

  • Logistics partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shiprocket, India Post etc.) for delivery.
  • GST & accounting service providers for tax compliance.
  • Customer service tools (helpdesk, CRM).
  • Government / law-enforcement when required by law, a court order or to protect our rights and the safety of users.
  • A successor entity in case of a merger, acquisition or business transfer.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13. Jurisdiction
