Shipping Policy

We ship across India through trusted courier partners — Delhivery, Blue Dart, Xpressbees, Shiprocket and India Post Speed Post for remote pin codes. International shipping is available on request.

1. Where we ship

  • Domestic: All serviceable PIN codes in India.
  • International: Available on request for select countries (USA, UK, UAE, Singapore, Australia, Canada). Email bulk@jeromistore.in for a quote.

COD orders attract an additional handling fee of ₹49.

3. Delivery timelines

After dispatch, the following indicative timelines apply:

Order processing time: All orders are energised and quality-checked before dispatch. Please add 1–2 working days for processing on top of the delivery timeline above. Heavy brass idols above 5 kg and custom-order items may take 3–5 working days for processing.

4. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email, SMS and WhatsApp. You can also track from My Account → Orders on our website.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across 18,000+ PIN codes for orders up to ₹15,000.
  • COD orders are confirmed via an OTP call/SMS. If we are unable to confirm, the order may be cancelled.
  • A ₹49 COD handling fee applies.

6. Multiple shipments

If your order contains multiple items, we may split it into more than one shipment for faster delivery, especially during festive periods. You will not be charged extra.

7. Delivery attempts & RTO

Our courier partners attempt delivery up to 3 times. If all attempts fail or the parcel is refused, the shipment is “Returned to Origin” (RTO). For prepaid orders, the order value (less ₹49 RTO handling) is refunded. For COD orders, repeated RTOs may result in suspension of the COD facility for the customer.

8. Wrong address / incomplete address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order. We are not responsible for non-delivery, delay or loss arising from an incorrect or incomplete address. Address changes after dispatch are not always possible — contact us within 2 hours of placing the order to attempt a change.

9. Damage in transit

Although every order is packed with three layers of bubble wrap, recycled paper and rigid cartons, transit damage may occasionally happen. If your parcel arrives damaged:

1. Do not open the package alone. Record an unboxing video that clearly shows the sealed package and the moment of opening.

2. Write to care@jeromistore.in within 48 hours of delivery with the video, photos and your order ID.

3. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund once the damage is verified.

10. Lost in transit

If tracking shows no movement for 7+ working days, contact us. We will raise a complaint with the courier and either re-ship or refund within 10 working days of confirmation.

11. Gift orders

We offer free traditional gift wrap and a hand-written note. Add your message at checkout. Pricing details are removed from the invoice on gift orders.

12. Festive season

During peak periods — Diwali, Navratri, Dussehra, Janmashtami, Akshay Tritiya, Holi, wedding season — couriers may experience delays of 2–4 additional working days. We dispatch earlier and recommend you order at least 10 days in advance.
