Orders & Payment
Q. Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes. COD is available across 18,000+ PIN codes for orders up to ₹15,000. A handling fee of ₹49 applies.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, AMEX), Net Banking, Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, FreeCharge), EMI on select banks, and COD.
Q. Is my payment safe?
Yes. Payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant, RBI-authorised gateways. We do not store your full card details.
Q. Can I get an invoice with GST?
Absolutely. All orders include a GST tax invoice. For B2B orders, add your GSTIN at checkout.
Shipping
Q. How long does delivery take?
2–4 working days for metros, 3–6 for tier-2 cities and 5–8 for the rest of India. Add 1–2 working days for energisation and dispatch.
Q. How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email, SMS and WhatsApp once your order ships. You can also check My Account → Orders.
Q. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, on request. Email bulk@jeromistore.in for a quote.
Q. Is shipping free?
Yes — free Standard shipping on all orders above ₹999.
Products & Authenticity
Q. Are your idols pure brass?
Yes. Every brass idol is independently lab-tested for composition. We do not sell brass-plated or alloy products. Weight tolerance: ±5%.
Q. What does “energised” mean?
Each idol, yantra and mala is consecrated by our temple priests on auspicious days using traditional Hindu rituals — prana pratishtha, abhishekam and chanting of relevant mantras — before dispatch.
Q. Is the rudraksha original?
Yes. Every rudraksha mala ships with a certificate of authenticity. Indonesian rudraksha is clearly marked as such; Nepali rudraksha is sold under our “Premium Origin” label.
Q. Why does my idol look slightly different from the photo?
All our products are hand-crafted. Subtle variation in finish, weight and detailing is part of the artisanship — and a sign of authenticity.
Returns & Refunds
Q. What’s your return policy?
7-day return window on most items. Energised idols, opened consumables, and personalised products are not returnable. See Return & Refund Policy for the full list.
Q. How long do refunds take?
2–7 working days depending on payment method. COD refunds are issued via NEFT to a bank account you nominate.
Q. Do I pay for return shipping?
No, if the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged/defective). For change-of-mind returns, ₹99 is deducted as reverse pickup.
Religious & Spiritual
Q. How do I install a brass idol at home?

Q. Can I gift puja items to a non-Hindu friend?
Yes — many of our customers gift our products for housewarmings, weddings and festivals. Diyas, decorative idols and incense make universally beautiful gifts.
Q. Do you sell pre-puja-ed (worshipped) items?
No. All energisation is done before dispatch in a temple setting; the worshipper at the destination performs the grihaarcha / grih-pravesh puja themselves.
Account & Privacy
Q. Do I need an account to place an order?
You can check out as a guest, but creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses and earn loyalty rewards.
Q. How do I delete my account?
Email privacy@jeromistore.in. We will delete your account within 30 days, subject to statutory retention of invoice records (8 years for GST).
Wholesale & Gifting
Q. Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes — for orders of 50+ units or temple, dharmshala, corporate gifting and wedding favours. Email bulk@jeromistore.in.
Q. Do you do custom engraving or personalisation?
On select products. Look for the “Personalise” option on the product page.
